Your desk. Your sea. Your keys.

A private tracker for client matters, deadlines and to-dos. Encrypted on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking.

Command Desk overview on a phone: rank and XP, counts of active matters and open to-dos, and matters grouped by client with their deadlines.

The whole desk, sorted by what is due.

Every matter with its client, its deadline and its to-dos. The one due tomorrow sits on top, marked in red.

The Desk view on a Mac: four matters for three clients, each with a practice area, a status, days until the deadline and a bounty.
Free, with no time limit

Everything you need to run the desk.

Unlimited matters, clients, to-dos and tracked hours. Free for good, with no feature counter.

Deadlines decide the order

Sort by deadline, urgency or most recent. The critical matter is always the first thing you see.

Matters on a phone, ordered by deadline: the one due in 1 day first, the one due in 40 days last.

Grouped by client

Each client folds into one line with its open to-dos and the next deadline. Your own ventures sit apart, with their own look and their own time.

Bounties, XP and a streak

Put a bounty on a matter and collect it when you close it. Ranks run from Stowaway to Legend of the Tides.

Works offline

No connection needed. Your data lives on your device.

Face or fingerprint

Unlock with biometrics. The passphrase stays in the secure element.

Hours, week by week

Start a timer on any matter or log time afterwards. The Time tab shows the week or month by day, with each client's rate applied.

Files and photos, encrypted

Attach a document, a photo or a camera shot to a matter. It is sealed into your vault like everything else.

Nobody else holds the keys. Not even us.

Built for people who cannot put client work into someone else's cloud.

AES-256-GCM

Every matter, note and time entry is encrypted at rest on your device.

Argon2id

The key is derived from your passphrase. The passphrase is never stored in plain text.

Ciphertext only

With sync on, the server stores encrypted records under a random code. It cannot read them.

One recovery code

Lose the passphrase and the recovery code, and the data is gone. That is the design.

Command Desk Pro

Bill it, sync it, connect it.

Every new desk gets 30 days of Pro free, no card needed. Then from €4.99 a month, €39.99 a year, or €99.99 once. It pays for the sync server.
